Patricia Ellins

I’m a mother of three teens, a personal trainer and business owner.  I have taught dance aerobics in Great Britain, and coached both junior and high school track, and cross country track in Fort Worth, Texas.  I also completed the Cleveland Marathon in 2001, and I am a former national level figure competitor. My passion is helping others to feel strong and healthy.

One of my other passions is food.  I love food!  Food is fuel, and I have come to recognize how food positive and negatively affect the body and mind.  So our approach at Beyond Fitness is lifestyle change: a wholistic approach to consistent exercise, good nutrition and balanced living.  There are no good excuses, but I recognize that we all need some help with being motivated and having access to good information.

Jah'Life Ali

I have been in training for most of my life as an athlete in high school, and as a Golden Gloves boxer.  I was certified as a personal trainer in 2001 with the National Academy for Health and Fitness.  Then in 2002, I became certified as a Spin instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics.  In 2008,  I received certification as a Thai Massage practitioner.

Training is my passion, and I love to inspire and motivate those around me. I believe that together we create a force of energy from which goals and objectives gain substance and become reality.

“As a man thinketh, so is he.”

We are creators of our own destiny.  Our position in life is determined by our choices and decisions.  We are where we are in life from what we ‘have done’ and what we ‘have not done’.  Life will only produce that which we have planted… so if you want to make a change in your life, start by planting good thoughts about yourself and what you can do.  Your life will reflect your thoughts, and your thoughts will produce those things you wish to bring about…health and fitness!!

Jeremy Goldizen

I’m a former collegiate athlete, and have always had an interest in fitness. I reached a turning point in my life during my sophomore year, when I weighed 260 lbs and was obese. I knew I needed to make a lifestyle change. With the help of proper nutrition, exercise, and the support of my teammates, I was able to lose 40 lbs in 4 months. It was amazing for me to see what my body was capable of doing through the changes I made. Since that time, my passion for fitness increased tremendously. I have enjoyed helping others with achieving fitness goals as far as toning, strengthening, building lean mass, or just dropping a few pounds. My philosophy is that people have enough to worry about.  Allow me to dedicate myself to your health and wellness; and let me dedicate myself to helping you achieve your goals.
