Take 5 minutes before you start the day to visualize, write down, or state out loud, the things and/or people that have made a difference in your life.

Begin the statement with ‘I AM’ grateful for (fill in the blank).

Gratitude statements empower you, giving you the confidence to achieve your goals.   You can begin the day by incorporating gratitude statements into your daily routine, and watch how gratitude begins to flow back to you.   Remember, anything you do consistently for 21 days, can become a lifestyle.  Why not give it a try?  What have you got to lose?
